Cottage Rental Rates

These rates apply when you make your reservation directly with Loikansaari Holiday Cottages. Please also review the booking terms and conditions for rural accommodation. The price list is valid from 1 January 2026.

Lakeside villas all year round

Season A: weeks 25 - 33, 52 and 1

Season B: weeks 18 - 24 and 34 - 37

Season C: weeks 2 - 17 and 38 - 51

Bed linen and towels are included in the rate.

Additional or replacement sets are available for €15 per person.
Final cleaning costs € 80 per cottage, or you may take care of the cleaning yourself.

Booking Terms

• Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
• The minimum stay during the summer season and the New Year period is one week. At other times, the minimum stay is two nights.
• During major public holidays (such as Christmas, Easter and May Day), the minimum stay is three nights. Special holiday rates apply.
• Flexible stays are possible (for example, one week plus additional nights), as there are no fixed changeover days.
• Shorter stays between existing bookings may occasionally be available – please contact us to enquire.
