• Kuutinpesä is open throughout the year
• Pets are not permitted in the Hoviniemi and Kuutinpesä. You can take a pet with you at the other villas for an additional fee; €50 per booking
• The villa is non-smoking
• You can use your own bedding and towels or rent them from us. The price is €15 per set
• Bring your own shampoo, soap and laundry detergent.
