Reservation of cottage/villa starts on arriving date at 15.00 and end on departure date at 12.00
  
 
On summer and New year minimum time of reservation is one week. On Christmas, Easter and May Day minium time of reservation is 3 nights, separate prices. You can also ask for shorter periods between the reservations.
